Arithmetic has been familiar to me from a young age. Seeing the opportunity to interpret the intricacy of numbers visually not just for creating an image but as a means to understand the patterns present inside mathematics as this is something many people struggle or overlook when number-crunching. At first glance, the multiple layers are a dense network of overlapping arcs and bands. Taking the image apart however reveals the secrets of repetition and uniformity in numbers. This concept is ongoing and creating an interactive piece is its next natural step in allowing people to delve into all the details in this work.
